LinkedIn / content anchor pipeline
One weekly anchor turned into posts, a newsletter section, an article and a talking point.
I set up Claude for your team, build the custom skills and tools that fit how you actually work, and turn manual work into systems that run themselves. Practical and hands-on - for teams getting started, not for AI experts.
Real skills, automations, and systems - not just prompts.
I make AI practical for non-technical people.
CRMs, content engines, dashboards, automations.
Across Claude Code, the API, Platform and Cowork.
From certified IT consultant to enterprise deals and hands-on AI implementation.
You work directly with the person doing the work. No account layers.
Every commercial team already runs on a CRM, LinkedIn, a website, email and a growing stack of tools. The problem is rarely more tools - it's making them work together. That's one of the systems I build.
One process, one connected system, measurable results.
AI implementation consultant. Voice agent installer. Workflow architect. Customer support operator. Pipeline and reporting operator. None of these are forecasts - they're already how a growing slice of the work gets done. The tools will keep changing. The work underneath - connect the systems, close the gaps, make the manual thing automatic - won't.
Gestorías on the Costa Blanca carry decades of paperwork built for one language and one nationality, but half their clients today are Dutch, Belgian, Swedish, Norwegian, or German. Every case turns into translation by hand, appointments booked by phone, and files scattered across Excel and Word. I automate the parts that don't need a person: intake in the client's language, scheduling, document generation, and status tracking - so the gestoría's own time goes to the cases that actually need judgment.

One design system in Canva, one queue in Meta Business Suite. Captions tailored per platform, not copy-pasted across both.
A structured market map with enriched accounts and contacts, kept current.
Deal maths inside the CRM, not in a separate spreadsheet.
Monthly commercial reporting that traces back to source data.
Sequenced, personal outreach that feeds responses straight back into the CRM.

Every project runs on the same stack: Claude at the center, connected to the tools that already run your business. I don't start from a blank page for each client - I start from a system that already knows how to connect, build and automate, and adapt it to what you actually need.
I look at what already exists: your tools, your data, your manual steps.
Claude and the stack behind it build the actual system - not a slide, a working tool.
It plugs into what you already use - CRM, calendar, email, your website - so nothing lives in a separate app.
It runs itself. You see the results, and I keep improving it.
Your steer and final approval, and the decisions that need judgment. AI does the heavy lifting; people decide.

I'm Joey Wegman. Sixteen-plus years in the datacenter, infrastructure and connectivity industry - from IT consultant to commercial roles at nLighten, NorthC, Basefarm/Orange, Vancis and KPN Consulting.
Today I build commercial and AI infrastructure from the ground up for an enterprise data-infrastructure company, and I help other teams do the same. HBO Bachelor Business IT & Management.
I work as a consultant on three fronts at once - technical, financial and legal - and I sell on judgment, not scripts: the client comes before the company, and never false urgency. Based on the Costa Blanca, Spain.
Every engagement scales with your phase: a fixed setup to put the foundation in place, a monthly retainer for ongoing build and support, and - for infrastructure ventures - a retainer plus a result component tied to pre-commitments.

A weekly dashboard built on Replit with Claude, for an infrastructure company reporting pipeline to its lenders. It reads CRM exports, stores every upload as a dated snapshot, and matches deals week to week by ID so renames and repricing never break the comparison. Turns a manual, unauditable export into something reproducible - and visible to me, not just the people asking for it.
PRIVATE TOOLCo-owner, commerce and go-to-market. Nolio is a practice platform for primary school kids that finds the exact level a child is at, per skill, and closes the gaps school methods leave behind. Questions are generated by AI on the fly, never from a fixed bank, and every question is human-approved before a child ever sees it - no child data goes to the AI. My brother builds the product; I run pricing, positioning, go-to-market, and the first family conversations.
nolio.nlA personal tool built on Replit with the Claude API. Turns a rough thought into a publish-ready post with multiple hook variants, drafts replies to other people's posts, and generates matching image prompts for Gemini. Built end to end through iteration with Claude.
linkedin-post-app.replit.appA field-hockey substitution tool built with Claude and Base44. The coach picks the field format, a substitution interval, and the squad; the app rotates fairly and automatically who sits on the bench, with a season overview. Built as a test case - proof that I ship working apps, not just slides.
hockey-shift-flow.base44.appA live client site for PGB administration and guidance in the Netherlands: clear information, approachable tone, and a system that helps people navigate their budget.
