A start-up data center with a one-person sales team, run AI first.

CRM

AI-built sales CRM in month 1

Challenge: A pre-launch data center with zero sales infrastructure, while investors and lenders needed pipeline reporting from day one.
Approach: Built a CRM with Claude Code on Supabase (EU) and Vercel, with MFA login and an email allowlist. Accounts, contacts, opportunities and activities feed the Pipeline Intelligence dashboard behind the investor reports.
Result: Live in month 1; full sales toolkit, about 8 months ahead of the Year 1 deadline

Reporting

Pipeline reporting for management

Challenge: Management needed one source of truth for a fast-moving pipeline of large deals.
Approach: Management and investor reports generated straight from the dashboard, with the same data for everyone.
Result: 2.8x; pipeline growth in 8 weeks

Content

Automated thought-leadership engine

Challenge: Build authority for a brand that does not exist yet, with a one-person team.
Approach: Academic backing per topic, the Claude API writes posts from brand files, drafts wait in Supabase for review, and anyone who engages is logged in the CRM automatically.
Result: 3 weeks early; first post live in week 4 instead of week 7

Strategy

Go-to-market and content plan

Challenge: Sovereign-cloud positioning against the large cloud providers, to be approved by month 3.
Approach: AI-assisted plan, refined over 5 iterations with Q&A rounds with management.
Result: Approved; ahead of the deadline

Brand

AI-made brand assets and content calendar

Challenge: No design team and no agency budget.
Approach: LinkedIn banner in the house palette, Instagram hook prompts for Claude Design, Gemini and ChatGPT, a 30-post publishing playbook and an anchor calendar.
Result: 30 posts; planned and produced end to end, no agency

AI-first sales scorecard

Challenge: Five objectives (strategy, pipeline, partners, brand and tooling) carried by one person.
Approach: About 1,200 hours of self-taught Claude, applied across CRM, content and reporting.
Result: Target exceeded; half-year sales target

Web shops, websites and brand identities for entrepreneurs.

MauiHair · natural hair care

Premium web shop, live connected to Shopify

Challenge: A standard theme with no brand story or product advice, and earlier web builders were slow and expensive.
Approach: Claude ran the project: analysis, instructions to Lovable, and checks against Shopify and DNS. Lovable built the site.
Result: 31 products; live connected to Shopify

PERFUM!T · perfume vending machines

Rebranding, website and business identity

Challenge: Perfumit was a start-up without a coherent look. To win over clubs, rooftop bars and beach clubs it needed a professional, premium brand, both online and on paper.
Approach: One consistent house style across everything a venue sees: new logo and colour palette, business cards, a booklet, a bilingual website and a business email address with a signature.
Result: 5 items; delivered in one house style
